Strawberry Social and
Craft Beer Evening

On June 30th the Lions Club of Cobourg and Northumberland United Way will be hosting two great fundraising events in Victoria Park!

 

From 4:30 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. there will be a Strawberry Social. Tickets are just $15 in advance ($20 at the tent).

 

The menu includes meatballs, coleslaw, macaroni salad, cold cuts, buns, strawberry dessert, coffee or tea. Our strawberries are donated by Burnham Family Farm Market.

 

Tickets are available by calling 905-373-5942. Net proceeds will go the Northumberland United Way.

 

From 7:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. some of the area's craft brewers will present their creations during our Craft Beer Evening. Come and enjoy great beer and food truck specialty foods. Local brewers include Northumberland Hills Brewery and Ganaraska Brewing Company. We'll also have cider from Rice Lake Hard Cider.

 

Admission to the Craft Beer Evening is free and music will be provided by Madman's Window. Food will be available from Wing Wagon and Bewdley Lions. Net funds raised from the Craft Beer Evening go to local charities and community organizations.
